Jessica has always had a passion for making an impact, which has guided her through a non-traditional career path, developing a breadth of skills—and taking several big career leaps of her own.

Jessica's experience in recruiting is both broad and deep, having hired for several hundred positions as an internal recruiter and external search consultant. She knows what organizations are looking for and how to navigate the hiring process with confidence and effectiveness.

Jessica deepened her training as a coach through Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching program.

She brings together her talent for listening, empathy, and honest assessments with her organizational leadership expertise to offer holistic coaching tailored to individuals' goals related to career change, leadership growth, and transition navigation.
